I'm interested in immersing myself into eCommerce and the online world.
I just set myself up on Facebook last night. Actually my wife did all the hard technical work as she was more eager than I to get me on Facebook . She loves Facebook and was tired of me asking her to look for people on Facebook. You can find me, and I promise I will accept your friend requests. I’m such a nerd!

I share some of your sentiments about Fb Nick - for the longest time I resisted. After all, the people I consider as friends I am already in touch with via email and messenger!
After going on Fb though, I have to say it has made a huge impact. I have been able to get back in touch with friends from grade school and from years and years back who I had lost contact with, just to find out they might be only a couple of hours away now!
It is quite possible to get completely immersed in Fb and while away hours and hours doing useless stuff though - my girlfriend spends way too much time on it.. really gets me going!
